When I called, they answered right away (which is nice to not get voice-mail these days). Cathryn was very knowledgeable and reassuring. She asked me questions about my situation and explained exactly how, why, and what they would do to rectify everything. She scheduled a time with me for them to come the next day to look at it and give me an estimate. They showed up on time and inspected everything and explained to me what they would need to do to remove all the overflow material and remediate the mold it caused. The estimate they gave me was created using the same software program that the insurance companies use, which is very helpful when it comes to submitting a claim. They gave me the estimate to basically "deconstruct" and I asked them to also give me an estimate to "reconstruct". They came the very next day and started the process. After all was said and done, they removed all of the overflow material, removed the drywall bathroom walls and any affected wood studs, removed all of the damaged carpet, and remediated all resulting mold. I went on to hire them to also reconstruct the bathroom walls, place waterproof tiling in the bathroom and hallway, and replace the carpet in the family room. They helped me go through and dispose of all of the damaged items in my storage room, move everything remaining out of harm's way, and had to totally move everything in the family room to replace the carpeting. They went above and beyond - they were always doing extra little things to be helpful and make things perfect. They made sure everything was put back in its place and would always comment that they would never do anything different than how they would do things in their own home. My experience with this whole situation could have been a nightmare, but they took a bad situation and made the best of it. They said they really enjoy, and actually get great satisfaction from, helping people in these types of times of need and restoring their lives back to normal.
